1. General Terms
This document forms a legal agreement between vs78 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and its users. Please read these terms and conditions in full before using the vs78 platform. Creating or operating more than one account by a single person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found operating from the same IP address, device, or payment method, vs78 reserves the right to identify them and take the necessary action.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify vs78 support immediately.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following mobile payment methods are currently accepted on the vs78 platform:

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Before processing a withdrawal request, vs78 may ask for additional documents to verify identity.
If unusual activity is detected on an account, withdrawals may be placed on hold until security is confirmed. In such cases, the support team will notify the relevant user.
4.4 Transaction Responsibility

5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 120% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at vs78, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. If someone deposits ৳26,000, they will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳24,000 in bets before withdrawing winnings from that bonus (1,200 × 20 = 24,000).
While a bonus is active, some games may contribute at a different rate toward the wagering calculation. Details will be stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses
- Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per user.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be met first.
- If the terms of any promotion are violated, vs78 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
- Each bonus has a set validity period. Once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
- vs78 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
6. Game Rules & Code of Conduct
6.1 Fair Play
All games on the vs78 platform are operated fairly and transparently. Encrypted random number generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes, which cannot be influenced by any party.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any software, bots, or automated systems to play games.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes or the system.
- Colluding with other users to obtain bonuses or prizes.
- Exploiting any technical error on the platform and retaining winnings gained through such an exploit.
- Any form of fraudulent activity.
If these rules are violated, the relevant account will be closed and winnings may be forfeited.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a disconnection or technical issue occurs during a game session, the vs78 support team will investigate the matter. Game session logs will be reviewed for a fair resolution. In some cases, bets may be cancelled and returned to the user's balance.
7. Responsible Gaming
